- You don't pick a length — we work it out. If your video has a voiceover or is a talking photo, its length comes from your script, so the words always fit. A video with music only is 6–10 seconds.
- You see the exact cost before you create. The create page shows your video's length and its credits before you press the button, and checks your balance first. If you don't have enough, nothing starts and nothing is taken — you'll be asked to top up.
- Credits are taken when your video starts, and returned automatically if it fails for any reason on our side.
A lot of AI video tools charge you piece by piece — one rate for the resolution you pick, another add-on to include audio at all, another surcharge just for voice. Ours doesn't work that way: one price, and it already includes your resolution, enhancement pass, and voiceover or lip-sync. Nothing stacked on top, nothing added at checkout. And if a generation fails, you're not charged for it — no credits are spent on a job that didn't deliver a video.
