What makes a good rain and storms prompt
Weather prompts are about drama and mood. Describe the sky, the light and what the weather is doing to a place.
Prompts to copy and change
- Rain streaming down a window with blurred city lights behind it, shallow focus
- Lightning illuminating storm clouds over a dark sea, wide shot, slow push-in
- A street puddle with rain rings and reflections of lamp light, close-up
- Dark clouds rolling over an open field with long grass blowing, camera gliding
- A lone lighthouse on a stormy coast with waves crashing, slow zoom in
- Rain on a tin roof with water running down the edge, macro, soft light
Add a voiceover to your rain and storms video
Switch Sound to Voiceover and paste a script. Each example below shows what it would cost.
- "Listen to the rain. Some days are for staying in." That script is 10 words, so the video falls in the "Up to 5 seconds" length and costs 1 credit in Full HD or 2 credits in 4K.
- "When the weather turns, we have you covered. Warm drinks, soft seats and good company inside." That script is 16 words, so the video falls in the "6–10 seconds" length and costs 2 credits in Full HD or 4 credits in 4K.
Tips
- Use shallow focus for windows
- Name the colour of the sky
