Do Kling Credits Expire?
Some do and some don't. It depends on how you got them, which is why you hear different answers online.
What Kling's policy says
Kling's credits policy lists the rules by type of credit:
- Credits that come with a membership are valid for 1 month from the day they're given.
- Credits from the 7-day trial membership are valid for 7 days.
- Credits you buy separately are valid for 2 years from the day they're given.
- Credits with the shortest validity are used first.
- If a generation fails, the credits for it are refunded.
- Credits are non-refundable and can't be turned back into cash.
The page doesn't show a date, and Kling says the rules may change. Anything you've already paid for stays under the rules that applied when you bought it.
Why people get burned
If you're on a membership, your monthly credits go first and they run out after a month. Anyone who didn't use them all feels like they paid for nothing, even though the policy is clear. Credits you bought on top last a lot longer.
